Can I use this program if I’m injured or in pain?
- This program is not intended to replace traditional medicine/therapy. If you’re currently injured or in pain, Send me DM and I can let you know if this would be right for you!
Do you take insurance?
- No, we do not accept insurance. Our services are designed as educational and performance-based programs, and does not fall under medical treatment
- What are the injury prevention packets?
- These are digital exercise and stretching guides developed to minimize your risk of injury and enhance performance. They include written instructions, video demonstrations and easy templates to follow.
Who are these programs designed for?
- People looking to reduce injury risk, improve longevity or learn more about their body, regardless of fitness level. (Always consult your PCP before starting a new exercise program)
Do I need gym access?
- No, Most of these activities can be provided with minimal equipment. Many of the stretches are even better when done in the house with household items!
What are the Consultations?
- In 20-30 minutes, we’ll look at your stretching, weightlifting form, or wellness routine and give you clear, no-nonsense advice. It’s a chance to get relief, boost confidence, and make sure you’re on the right track—without all the guesswork.
How is this different than other training programs?
- My goal is to simplify your wellness/stretching routine so you can get to the fun stuff! There is a lot of information out there and I want you to maximize your performance while minimizing your risk of injury. It can be done easier than you think! KEEP IT SIMPLE, the best injury prevention for our joints can be done in 3-5 simple stretches.
