Do I need gym access?
- No, Most of these activities can be provided with minimal equipment. Many of the stretches are even better when done in the house with household items!
What are the Consultations?
- In just 10–15 minutes, we’ll look at your stretching, weightlifting form, or wellness routine and give you clear, no-nonsense advice. It’s a chance to get relief, boost confidence, and make sure you’re on the right track—without all the guesswork.
How is this different than other training programs?
- My goal is to simplify your wellness/stretching routine so you can get to the fun stuff! There is a lot of information out there and I want you to maximize your performance while minimizing your risk of injury. It can be done easier than you think! KEEP IT SIMPLE, the best injury prevention for our joints can be done in 3-5 simple stretches.
